Christa has been working as a physiotherapist for more than twenty years and started her journey with Pilates to help with her own health and now teaches Pilates.
Pilates can help with Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. It works to build stronger joints, good posture and better proprioception, can also be very helpful with Hypermobility.
Classes are small so that you get the individual attention that you need to get the best from every class.
Classes are held throughout the week at a time to suit you. And Thursdays and Friday classes are on the ground floor for easier access.

Monday 6.45 pm & 7.45pm - on the First floor
Tuesday 9.20am & 2pm - on the First floor
Thursday 12.45pm - on the Ground floor
Friday 1pm - on the Ground floor
